#8 Water

Now, this would seem like a given, but we actually saw a lot more water than we anticipated. We had booked the cheapest room available, which was interior, but we were pleasantly surprised to be placed in a lovely room with an oceanview. We had our own little porthole that offered us a great view of the ocean on sea days and the tops of tender boats on port days! As a little aside, when it was announced that we would be tendering at 2 of the ports that we were stopping in, I assumed that they meant we would be exchanging money, but that was pretty far off. What tendering means is that the Ship actually doesn't dock at the port, but instead anchors a distance away and then shuttle boats (or tender boats) take passengers to and from shore. You learn something new every day!

Looks like a cozy room to me! When did you say our first Sisters cruise trip is? :)
